They review soil tests to determine lot-specific foundation details, pier depth and size, and also perform inspections at pier drilling, foundation pouring and frame completion.

Following a tradition of utilizing only the best, we use an open web truss system, the best floor joist available in residential construction. Not only do these trusses offer flat, stable floors, the open space between web members allows for easier routing of utilities. Each truss is designed by a certified engineer to carry the exact load of the frame, customizing the project to your home's unique specifications.
